Nothing makes me happier than sharing mouthwatering delicious, incredibly nutritious, plant-based vegan recipes. I love to develop recipes and will never turn down a challenge to veganize a dish. I am also food photography obsessed, might I mention. I received professional culinary training, but most of my experience has come from cooking at home, especially with my Mom and Grandmom.
I am a private vegan chef and certified fitness instructor. In my spare time, I volunteer at the local animal shelter as a part of the morning dog run crew as well as the humane education department. I’m an avid yogi, a self-proclaimed wellness aficionado, and a compassionate lifestyle enthusiast.
