If you are looking for a workout that is going to kick your bum into shape in the best way possible, then Orange Theory Fitness is for you! Orange Theory is a 1 hour, FULL BODY WORKOUT focusing on training endurance, strength, power…even flexibility.
Inside the studio you will find high-end treadmills, bike/strider, TRX, free weights, rowers, medicine balls, ab dollys, BOSU, AND MORE! A unique aspect of the workout is the incorporation of heart-rate monitors that show results in real time on large screens inside the studio. The OTF coaches prevent you from over or under training and keep you motivated and challenged throughout.
You pretty much receive a personal training experience in a group setting. It is so much fun! I love the Orange Theory workout so much, I even decided to become an Orange Theory Fitness COACH! Find me Monday-Thursday at the Fairfax and Fairfax Station locations.
KEEP BURNING is one of OTF’s mottos, and for good reason. Science backs that if you spend at least 12 minutes maintaining a heart rate of 84-91% your body has to work harder to recover, increasing fat and calorie burn up to 15-20% the amount you would typically burn in a day AND you could keep burning for up to 36 hours after the workout.
