Simple Healing Broth
Ingredients
- 1-2 yellow onions organic, fresh
- 10-15 carrots organic, fresh
- 1-2 heads celery organic, fresh
- 1 large knob ginger organic, fresh
- 1 head garlic organic, fresh
- 2-4 bay leaves organic, dried
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 8-10 cups filtered water
Instructions

Clean your produce!

Roughly chop your produce.

Heat oil in a large stock pan over medium high heat.

Next add the onion and let sear for a minute.

Next add the rest of the ingredients to the pot, bring to a boil, then cover, lower to a simmer and let simmer for at least an hour (preferably 3 hours).

Strain the broth & ENJOY!
