After what has felt like a month of nonstop rain… the sun is shining again in Northern Virginia!
You know what that means… it’s time again to break out the bikini, kick back on a lounger (preferably on a beach or on a floaty in the pool) with a refreshing drink (yes, please!), and get back to my summer reading. This delightful mocktail recipe is just the thing I’m looking to grab ahold of to keep me cool for the rest of my summer days. Give it a try for yourself and let me know what you think!
I tried this recipe with a few sweeteners like agave and coconut nectar, however I prefer to keep it unsweetened for whatever reason. I love how the coconut water and hibiscus tea come together with just a hint of rose. Lots of fun, feminine, flirty vibes around here.
