White Chocolate Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cacao butter melted
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter smooth (one ingredient if possible - just peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • peanuts - for topping organic, unsalted
  • pink Himalayan salt - for topping

Instructions

  1. Melt cacao butter. 

  2. Combine all ingredients (except the peanuts and salt, for topping).

  3. Pour mixture into silicone ice cube trays or a parchment lined storage container. Top with peanuts and a sprinkle of salt. 

  4. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours. 

  5. Cut into squares (or pop out of the silicone ice cube tray) & ENJOY!
